Children above the age of 12 months are not allowed for security reasons.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Babies are accommodated free of charge and baby cots (cribs) are provided on request. In the hotel we adore children of all ages. However, for security reasons, the doors of Diapori Suites are open for families with children under the age of 18months and above the age of 14 years old.

PET POLICY:

Pets are allowed upon request. Please keep in mind that, if we will permit you to bring your four-leg friend along, you should agree to follow some strict rules:

1. Bring along bedding or a carrier for the comfort of your pet.
2. Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier while in a public area.
3. Never leave him unattended in a room.
4. Place your pet’s food and water bowls in the terraces or the bathrooms to ease the clean-up.

CANCELATION POLICY

• If your reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to the arrival date no fee will be charged.
• For any cancellation later than 21 days prior to arrival date you will be charged 30% of the total reservation cost.
• For any cancellation later than 7 days prior to arrival date you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
• In case of non-arrival (no-show) you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
